Process
An organizer sets up a campaign. A supporter answers a handful of questions in their own words.
The AI turns those words into a one-of-a-kind letter and sends it to the recipient.
What your supporters and your team experience, start to finish.
The letter is drafted live and runs through our standard sanitization pipeline. The “Send” button does not really email anyone, this is a stateless preview.
Tell Advocado who you're fighting for and what outcome you want. Upload existing materials if you have them, like a policy brief, a press release, or a website. Our AI reads the context and drafts a short questionnaire (four to six questions) that will draw out authentic, specific answers from your supporters.
You can accept the AI-drafted questions, edit them, or write your own from scratch.
Add the people who need to hear from constituents, like a city councilmember, a state senator, or a corporate executive. Paste their name, title, and email. You can target one person or ten.
Every campaign gets a short link. Share it on LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and more. No app download, no account creation, no paywall. Supporters open the link, answer the questions in under sixty seconds, and submit.
Prefer to let us do the sending? Upload a CSV of supporters in the campaign hub and we'll email each one an invite for 1 seed apiece.
Every letter is unique.
The moment a supporter submits, our AI turns their answers into a personalized letter in their voice. Not a template with filled-in blanks, but a first-draft letter that sounds like the supporter sat down and wrote it themselves. Because in a way, they did.
Every letter is unique. No two supporters send the same text.
The supporter gets an email with their letter. One click opens their mail client with the recipients, subject line, and body pre-filled. They review, tweak if they want, and hit send. The letter arrives from their real email address, not ours, which is why decision-makers actually read it.
From your dashboard, watch submissions come in, letters get generated, and messages go out. Track volume by recipient, export the list for reporting, and see which questions pull the strongest responses so you can refine the next campaign.
